Rest day – the quiet before the storm!

Left the push-iron at home this morning, got an early start to avoid the traffic, but skipped circuit training as well….. A day of complete rest, and feeding the power! CARB LOADING!  …..which reminds me….. Porridge!

Drank some more red wine last night as well = feeling the strength!
